The \u201cInstituto de Direito Societ\u00e1rio Aplicado\u201d \u2013 IDSA (Institute of Applied Corporate Law) is an association set by a group of lawyers, scholars of corporate law and capital market, for the purpose of fostering the study, promoting debates and contributing to the improvement of the Corporate Law. Since its creation, in 2005, the group meets on a monthly basis to discuss issues related to Corporate Law and, over ten years, it has had six collective works published and supported many others, released an IDSA collection and organized several seminars dealing with issues relevant to the market, becoming a reference in this area of law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

IDSA\u2019s Members are lawyers, professors and scholars of corporate law and capital market, with diversified personal, academic and professional experiences, having in common the commitment to the objectives of the Institute.
